First pass, 2026-08-11, researched across six lanes.

Full coverage note — what was researched, and what the gaps are

MISSOURI HAS NO ACCREDITOR OF ITS OWN AND ITS SMALL PROVIDERS ARE SPLIT ACROSS FOUR OUT-OF-STATE ONES. It does not appear on ACCME's list of 28 Recognized Accreditors, and where Rhode Island's providers all went to a single neighbour, Missouri's go four ways: the Kentucky Medical Association accredits two, the Nebraska Medical Association two, the Oklahoma State Medical Association one and the Illinois State Medical Society one. Anyone checking this state's accreditation has to run the lookup four times. A publisher here contradicts ITSELF about its own accreditor, naming Oklahoma on one page and Missouri on two others; the registry says Oklahoma, and the Missouri claim is impossible because the state medical association is not a Recognized Accreditor at all. THE LARGEST PROVIDER IN THE STATE PRODUCES NO EVENTS. A national health system headquartered in St. Louis holds 1,375 registry activities — a third of the state's total — and its complete public catalog is 146 rows of ONLINE enduring material on two-year availability windows, spanning Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas as well as Missouri. Registry volume does not predict events, and the second-largest provider is worse: its 839 activities resolve to a monthly PDF hosted on another university's web server whose last surviving file is eight months old. TWO BI-STATE METROS AT ONCE, AND BOTH APPEAR IN THIS DATA. Kansas City straddles the Kansas line and St. Louis straddles into Illinois, so every venue here is filed by the state printed in the activity's own location field and never inferred from a city name. A Missouri-named, Missouri-headquartered Kansas City society holds BOTH of its future conferences in Overland Park, KANSAS, with its Missouri address appearing only in the site footer; those two rows are seeded as Kansas. A St. Louis university's conference is held in Laguna Niguel, CALIFORNIA. A Kansas City children's hospital holds an activity in Hiawatha, Kansas. Missouri itself is entirely Central time. CREDIT HERE IS THIN OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM LAYER AND COMES IN FOUR CURRENCIES. Of the state's specialty societies, not one publishes an accreditation statement or a credit designation. The family-medicine academy issues AAFP Prescribed credit, the osteopathic association issues AOA Category 1-A beside AMA PRA Category 1, and the nurse-practitioner association publishes bare 'CE credits' naming no accrediting body at all. None of these are converted. Rows recorded as credit unknown are UNPUBLISHED AND NEVER ZERO — one children's-hospital symposium is the exception and designates itself for a published 0.00, which is recorded as published rather than silently reinterpreted. Three activities publish two different credit figures in two of their own fields, and both figures are recorded rather than resolved. KNOWN GAPS, RESEARCHED AND ACCEPTED: four dated children's-hospital activities are NOT seeded because they publish neither a credit designation nor a target-audience field, and a blank audience fails open; five of that hospital's rows publish a room name with no city, so their cities are left blank rather than inferred from the organization's name; a state university's hands-on cadaver workshops have firm dates and open registration but no published AMA designation; the state psychiatric physicians' association is behind a bot wall and its CME is unverified rather than absent; four societies named on the state association's own district map have no web presence at all and its component directory is behind a members-only login; the health department publishes no clinician CME and the AHEC network's shared calendar is dormant; and four county-named domains matching Missouri counties turned out to belong to New York, Texas and Michigan, so any such domain is presumed out-of-state here until its own body copy proves otherwise.

  1. ⚠️ THE PUBLISHER CONTRADICTS ITSELF: the activity's own overview page designates 'a maximum of 17 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™' while the catalog listing's credit field publishes 16.50 hours. The designation sentence is recorded here; the disagreement is not resolved.

  2. ⚠️ OUT-OF-STATE VENUE: a University of Kansas Medical Center (Kansas) activity held at the Grandview Conference Center, Big Cedar Lodge, Ridgedale, MISSOURI — seeded under stateCode MO because the venue decides the state (this is the standing out-of-state-discovery pattern: a Kansas provider holds a conference in Missouri). Date proof: 'September 25-27, 2026 … Grandview Conference Center, Big Cedar Lodge, Ridgedale, MO'. No AMA PRA Category 1 designation is published on the conference page, so credit is UNKNOWN. Audience: cardiologists, APPs, fellows and cath-lab professionals.

UNKNOWN, not zero, and deliberately not assumed. The APA is ACCME-accredited and is DC's largest registrant at 808 activities, but this event's own page carries NO credit figure, NO AMA PRA Category 1 designation and NO accreditation statement — the full agenda is published and the credit section simply does not exist. Audience published as 'all individuals who are passionate about supporting, developing, and championing women leaders in medicine, including: Medical Students, Residents & Fellows, Practicing Physicians, Academic Faculty, Department & Division Leaders, Physician Executives, Health System Leaders, Researchers' — physicians throughout, with no nurse-practitioner or physician-assistant category, so neither is claimed.

  4. ⚠️ A PUBLISHED ZERO, NOT AN UNKNOWN. The activity's own page designates it verbatim for 'a maximum of 0.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™'. This reads as an unset template field rather than a deliberate zero, but it is what the publisher states and is recorded as published rather than silently converted to 'credit unknown' or dropped.

  5. Joint accreditation verbatim: 'Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.' ⚠️ THE DESIGNATION DEFERS TO A CHART: 'The Postgraduate Institute for Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of credits as listed in the chart below' — and the chart is not extractable without a browser, so the 2027 hour total is UNKNOWN. The prior year's marketed 'up to 26 CME credits' has deliberately NOT been carried across. ⚠️ PUBLISHER TYPO: the site's own navigation reads 'Myrtle Beach, FL' on every page while the conference page, breadcrumb and the venue address (9800 Queensway Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572) all say South Carolina. SC is correct.

  6. Same joint accreditation and same chart-deferred designation as the Myrtle Beach conference — the 2027 hour total is UNKNOWN and the prior year's marketed figure has not been carried across. Venue: 130 Shipyard Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
