Full coverage note — what was researched, and what the gaps are

Four research lanes across a deliberately thin state — Wyoming is the least-populous state and has no medical school of its own. ⭐ WYOMING HAS NO ACCREDITOR OF ITS OWN, AND COLORADO REACHES IN — AS THE KANSAS PASS PREDICTED. Wyoming is absent from ACCME's Recognized Accreditors, and its ONLY provider in the ACCME registry is Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (40 activities), accredited by the COLORADO MEDICAL SOCIETY. The Kansas pass had measured the CMS's entire out-of-state footprint as exactly two jurisdictions — Kansas and Wyoming — and both being vacuum states; this pass confirms the Wyoming half directly. The Montana neighbor sweep (2026-08-17) found a third vacuum: Gritman Medical Center in Idaho (49 activities), so CMS out-of-state is KS+WY+ID, still not Montana. Two intrastate accreditors have now been measured (the Medical Association of Georgia and the Colorado Medical Society); the direction (an intrastate accreditor's reach fills a vacuum) holds for both, and the CMS respects the border where MAG broke it. ⭐ CHEYENNE REGIONAL IS THE WHOLE PLATFORM LAYER, AND MOST OF ITS CATALOG IS OUT OF SCOPE. CRMC publishes on a CloudCME tenant (crmc.cloud-cme.com); the full 40-activity catalog was read with the repo's research:cloudcme extractor, whose ApplyFilters postback defeats the ten-row cap and reads each activity's own designation — the public detail pages are login-gated and hide the credit line, so a browser-only pass records the whole tenant as credit-unknown. Of the 40, most are life-support and nursing certification (ACLS, BLS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, LPN IV therapy, preceptor workshops) that carry no AMA PRA Category 1 and are out of clinician scope; six carry an AMA PRA designation. Five are seeded here as CRMC rows — the grand-rounds RSS (1.00/session), the S.T.A.B.L.E. neonatal course (7.00), a pediatric mental-health primary-care session (1.00), and two enduring MAT training videos (4.00 and 2.00) — and the sixth, the UW ECHO in Geriatrics, is seeded under the University of Wyoming academic organization below because its CME is CRMC-designated. ⭐ NO MEDICAL SCHOOL, SO THE ACADEMIC LAYER IS PROJECT ECHO. Wyoming runs through the WWAMI program with the University of Washington and has no university CME office in the usual sense; its academic-CME engine is University of Wyoming Project ECHO (the WIND institute and the Center on Aging), whose credited tele-mentoring series are designated by Cheyenne Regional — the ECHO in Geriatrics ('a maximum of (12.0) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™') and the rural obstetrical-care ECHO ('a maximum of (8.0) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™'), both seeded as recurring series. ⚠️ THE JACKSON HOLE ROWS ARE DESTINATION CME — VENUE, NOT AFFILIATION. Three of the twelve seeded events are national commercial conferences sited in Wyoming only by their venue: a Medical Education Resources internal-medicine conference at Hotel Terra (June 2027), a CME Science / Postgraduate Institute for Medicine diagnostic-imaging conference at the Trailborn Resort in Jackson (July 2027), and a Northwest Anesthesia Seminars course at Grand Teton National Park (October 2026, 20 AMA PRA Category 1). None of these organizers is a Wyoming body; they are recorded under their own national organizations and filed to WY by the venue rule. ⚠️ ONE 'CREDIT' FIGURE IS PUBLICITY, NOT A DESIGNATION. The MER Jackson Hole page publishes credit only as '12 Credit Hours' and carries no AMA PRA Category 1 statement at all; MER's site-wide accreditation page designates its activities for a generic 12-20 AMA PRA Category 1 range covering every conference, so the 12 is recorded as published hours with the AMA PRA attribution flagged unverified — the same treatment MER's other seeded rows carry. Five dated activities carry a designated AMA PRA Category 1 figure (S.T.A.B.L.E. 7, the two MAT videos 4 and 2, the pediatric mental-health session 1, and the Jackson Hole anesthesia conference 20), and three recurring series designate one too (grand rounds 1/session, the geriatrics ECHO 12, the rural-OB ECHO 8). Every credit claim is AMA PRA Category 1 → MD/DO; no activity published an AAPA or NP-specific designation, so no PA or NP audience is asserted even where a conference is marketed to the wider care team. KNOWN GAPS: the Wyoming Medical Society's Primary Care Symposium (Casper, Oct 9-10 2026) and the ACP Wyoming Chapter meeting (Saratoga, Oct 9 2026) publish no AMA PRA figure — the WMS page carries no designation and the ACP chapter page is members-login-gated — so both are seeded credit-unknown; the Wyoming Association of Physician Assistants' own conference page returns HTTP 403 and its 2026 date is unconfirmed; Wyoming ACEP publishes only national ACEP events; the Northwest Anesthesia Seminars 'Focus on Anesthesia' Jackson Hole edition was March 2026 (past) and its 2027 edition is not yet posted; and no Wyoming tribal-health CME was found — the Wind River Reservation's tribal FQHC and the state AHEC publish workforce and clinic content, not machine-readable physician CME.

UNKNOWN, not zero, and deliberately not assumed. The APA is ACCME-accredited and is DC's largest registrant at 808 activities, but this event's own page carries NO credit figure, NO AMA PRA Category 1 designation and NO accreditation statement — the full agenda is published and the credit section simply does not exist. Audience published as 'all individuals who are passionate about supporting, developing, and championing women leaders in medicine, including: Medical Students, Residents & Fellows, Practicing Physicians, Academic Faculty, Department & Division Leaders, Physician Executives, Health System Leaders, Researchers' — physicians throughout, with no nurse-practitioner or physician-assistant category, so neither is claimed.

  2. CREDIT UNKNOWN — no AMA PRA Category 1 designation is published on wmsevents.org or wyomed.org as of 2026-08-16. Date verbatim: 'OCTOBER 9-10, 2026'. CITY is Casper per wyomed.org ('October 9-10, 2026 in Casper Wyoming'); the '122 E. 17th Street, Cheyenne, WY' address on wmsevents.org is the WMS office, not the venue, which is unpublished. Held with WAPA and the Wyoming Association of Psychiatric Physicians; no AAPA/ANCC designation is published, so the audience is recorded MD/DO only.

  3. Venue: Hotel Terra, Jackson Hole, WY. Dates verbatim: 'Jun 18-20, 2027'. ⚠ The conference page publishes credit only as '12 Credit Hours (5.75 ANCC pharmacotherapeutic contact hours)' and carries no AMA PRA Category 1 statement at all. MER's site-wide accreditation page assigns its conferences a generic 12-to-20-hour AMA PRA range that is not an activity-specific designation and is not verified for this activity, so the 12 is recorded as published hours only (the same caveat already on the MER organization record and its other seeded rows). A livestream option is marketed; recorded as the in-person Wyoming-sited event it primarily is.

  4. Joint accreditation verbatim: 'Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.' ⚠️ THE DESIGNATION DEFERS TO A CHART: 'The Postgraduate Institute for Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of credits as listed in the chart below' — and the chart is not extractable without a browser, so the 2027 hour total is UNKNOWN. The prior year's marketed 'up to 26 CME credits' has deliberately NOT been carried across. ⚠️ PUBLISHER TYPO: the site's own navigation reads 'Myrtle Beach, FL' on every page while the conference page, breadcrumb and the venue address (9800 Queensway Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572) all say South Carolina. SC is correct.

  5. Same joint accreditation and same chart-deferred designation as the Myrtle Beach conference — the 2027 hour total is UNKNOWN and the prior year's marketed figure has not been carried across. Venue: 130 Shipyard Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

  6. CREDIT UNKNOWN — no AMA PRA Category 1 figure is published on the organizer's page or the regfox registration as of 2026-08-16. Dates verbatim: 'July 12-15, 2027'. VENUE: Trailborn Resort, Jackson, WY (formerly the Snow King Resort), confirmed on both the organizer page and the regfox registration. Jointly provided by CME Science and the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine.

Ongoing series & year-round catalogsRecurring grand rounds, always-open libraries, and activities whose dates are not yet announced

  1. Recurring virtual ECHO series (bi-weekly Thursdays, noon MT). CME designated by Cheyenne Regional Medical Center: 'a maximum of (12.0) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™' for full-series attendance (verbatim, UW Center on Aging page). The series is open to the broader care team (NP/PA/RN/pharmacist/SW earn contact hours), but only the physician AMA PRA designation is asserted here.

  2. Recurring virtual ECHO series (monthly Thursdays, noon MT). CME designated by Cheyenne Regional Medical Center: 'designates this presentation for a maximum of (8.0) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™' (verbatim, UW WIND page). Funded by the Wyoming Primary Care Association. Represented as an ongoing series; the individual fall-2026 session dates on the page do not print a verbatim year.
